- For a cancelled order only partial refund has been processed Closed
Its partial refund issue with order # ***-*******-*******.
On **-Jan-**** when placing the order the payment of ****, I had first tried with Gift card balance **** and remaining *** through credit card, but the transaction failed and the order page asked to wait for **
minutes to retry the payment.
So got an email from amzon saying retry payment and that time paid full **** rs through credit card without using the gift card balance.
But after a while got a message saying your order is cancelled and next day on **th got only *** rs as refund to my credit card account and not the full **** rs as paid.
When contacted the Amazon customer care * weeks before, they said Amazon had not got the **** rs from credit card and they told to check with the icici bank about.
When I contact icici customer care they told amazon had claimed the **** rs and had refund only *** from it.

With the above details I contacted amzaon customer care, but they say icici has to refund ****.
Today I talked with icici customer care dispute team, they said for partial amount recovery they can't open a dispute and strongly say this amount **** has been fully claimed by Amazon.
How come they can claim only *** and not the remaining **** rs on a transaction of **** rs.
Seems to be amazon problem but they are not ready to refund the money
Mails and calls are not answered
Need to get back my ****rs
attaching credit card statement to show I had been charged **** and refunded only *** and also the amazon email history
