On dated ** December **** I placed the order online flipkart shopping site by application. And paid online payment for asus zenfone max pro * mobile phone.
After that message.
Shipped: Your Asus ZenFone Max Pro M... with order ID OD****************** has been shipped and will be delivered by Thursday, Jan **, ****. You will receive another SMS when the Wishmaster from Ekart Logistics is out to deliver it. Track your shipment here http://fkrt.it/CYT*N*NNNN
After * jan **** talk to flipkart service centre they told me that your shipment is in your hand before * Jan **** ,
After flipkart sent a message by mail

We were trying to sort this out with the courier service provider, however, we see that you've already cancelled your order from your Flipkart account due to unforeseen reasons from the logistics.
This is not something which we would want you to experience and have shared feedback with the seller so they can put additional measures in place to ensure on-time deliveries of orders.
If you like, you can place a new order for the desired product and the seller will try and make sure that it reaches you on time.

Today I speak with flipkart customer service center for enquiry they told me cancel the order yourself otherwise it will automatically cancel, because the seller our logistics team will not be able to provide service to the customer address.
Request is only if the company will not be able to provide service to my address why order confirm by flipkart and I will pay the payment at the time of booking mobile phone. I want to a gift mobile phone to my brother for his birthday on * January ****, I am totally disappointed with the service. And mentally disturbed and financially.
And I want to take action against flipkart, and also know as my condition how many people?.
