I ordered a combo. Screenshots of that order are attached with this. I ordered a chicken burger combo. Its clearly stated that I will get chicken curry with naan along with the sweet dish. But instead, I got a cold shitty burger. When I complained this to their service care, they wasted over an hour of mine. They need to understand that they are providing a service and they are solely responsible for this. I was hungry this whole time as I was expecting my order. I am looking to take this issue to court on a very possible date. I am not settling for a refund, they might think that they are the only business person in this world. They have to learn that everyone's time matter. Any suggestion is welcomed. I am going to take them in court even if it costs me huge money.
