On **th when I ordered the food, I got a call from Anuj (Delivery boy) and he told me that he is about to reach my place in **-** minutes, however he never called me and eventually the order never came.
I had to wait for more or less ** mints to get someone from the Zomato chat service. Nobody addressed me on that night. On *rth of July I again tried to chat with the support after not getting any response over the mail. The agent (khusboo) was so non customer centric and slow responsive over the chat that I started feeling that I am not in touch with one of the India's leading brand rather a very small and ridiculous company who does not even value its customer. In our building no one lives at the ground floor. We just have a small office which gets closed after *-* PM. The main door of the building gets locked at **-**:** PM. If someone has to enter to the building or to deliver something he/she needs to ring the bell or call the concerned person to open the lock. And I have mentioned I have not received this kind of call. Then how Anuj came into the building at around **:** hrs on that day (I placed the order around **:** PM)?
