I had placed an order from zomato. The order was on the way and it got rejected. When I complained zomato because they refused to pay back my money, they said that the restaurant had prepared the meal and they didn't pay me back because I was unavailable to take calls from the Zomato wallet. Whereas he called me thrice and I totally took his calls which I have proof. I had mailed them and the proofs as well and they didn't solve the case even then.
