- Foced to take flight to Chennai instead of New Delhi from Kuala Lumpur due to delay by Air Asia Open
* passengers had booked a flight from Bali to New Delhi on *st July **** which was a hopping flight from Bali to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur- KL to New Delhi all flights on *st June **** on Air Asia
Due to issues with Air Asia the flight was delayed at Bali beyond ** hours and departed on approx. **Hrs on *nd July ****.
As there was a **hr delay we missed our Air Asia connecting flight to New Delhi from KL. Air Asia asked us to change our tickets from KL to New Delhi to Chennai as they said they don't have seats available for Delhi for a week. Air Asia also refused to make any arrangements to fly us to New Delhi from Chennai. We had no option but were forced to take the only available tickets to Chennai on *nd July.
We made our own arrangements for stay in Chennai and booked our tickets to New Delhi on our own which cost us Rs**,***. (attached are boarding pass and tickets)
Air Asia has refused to reimburse these expenses and denies any compensation matter taken up with their nodal and appellate
