- Flipkart Seller s Fraudulent Delivery Practice Order Id Incident Closed

Issue Matter :
For the order ID (OD******************) with Flipkart ordered on **th December ****, the Packet was delivered on **th December **** at *:** PM IST, but when I opened the packet, there was no trimmer in the packet instead, some AAA Battery look alike item and an ALUM piece, along with some torn piece of paper were there in the packet and within ** mins, I clicked image of the packet and raised an issue (Incident: IN*******************) with Flipkart to Refund/Replace the delivered packet.
But after multiple call and follow on **th December ****, Flipkart Pickup agent came and refused to pick up the replacement request (stating he would need mail to pick this item as product was missing), later on same day, again after multiple calls and follow with flipkart Customer care, I raise and escalated the issue back and on *th January ****, Flipkart Unilaterally resolved the issue/Incident and came back to me on Email/SMS stating the Seller (Flipkart partner) has reject the refund/Replacement request.
After that I reopened the issue again stating that, If seller (Flipkart partner) has rejected the replacement request, then Please refund my amount that I paid in cash at the time of Delivery. On *th January ****, again Flipkart Unilaterally resolved the issue/Incident, stating the Seller (Flipkart partner) has reject the refund/Replacement request - with comment that - "We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD****************** with the product being intact"
Now, on *th January ****, I have asked and mailed Flipkart to reopen the issue and requested them to process my refund.
