There is problem with back side of a new phone we ordered from Flipkart worth *****. It has been around * days since we got the product and requested for return. We called them some ** times, everytime they keep saying that they cannot pick it up from the same location they had delivered to. They ask us to courier it ourselves to the seller.
Not providing any solution for the problem.
It would be ** days in some days, and then these people would just say that they had only ** days return policy and cannot return it now.
I mean WHY cant you pick it up from the locaiton you delivered to??
Why would we send the phone through courier? what is the guarantee that it would reach safely to your seller and we would get refund?
Why would you not tell before buying if you cannot pick it from the location we are ordering to??
We have tried contacting to them over twitter and nothing they have done till now.
