- Flipkart cheating and cancelling order at the end of Big billion day season after holding customers Open

Please be informed that I have purchased many items during BB sale and my
specific concern is with Acer laptop which was purchased on **-*-**** and
expected delivery date is *-**-****.
I have been contacting customer support all these days from SEP ** to October * for quicker delivery, they have assured me that product will be delivered by October *.But at the end of season they have cancelled order with out my consent after blocking me from purchasing product during season by holding my money with them and falsely assuring repeatedly that product will be delivered.
I have contacted customer support and they were giving me absurd replies one has started product has been cancelled because of limited stock, another has replied saying because of exchange .
This is utterly disappointing and frustrating experience with flipkart.
I have ordered the product on ** of September and got the expected delivery date as * oct.And during the sale period I have been contacting customer support for all these days every day the reply was the product will be delivered by * .But at the end of the sale season I have received a message around **:** stating product has been cancelled with out my consent.
This is mear exploitation of customers during the festival season and absolute malpractice at a scale. You have blocked me till the end of season and assured me that product will be delivered at promissory date . Assuring customer don't go away with other vendors and after stopping me from purchase of products from any of the compitators during the sale season and keeping my money with you during this period and with precise and after periodic assurance given to me that product will be delivered at the promised date you have cancelled the order with out my consent at the end of sale season.
If flipkart have to do the cancellation it should have been done much earlier during the sale season .I am supposed to travel to another country by the end of this month now it is total distress to me and mental agony you have caused to me and total distrubance to my schedule and I have incurred a significant loss of time , money and trust .I have lost ***** RS because of this malpractice .
I would like to go for legal proceedings if it is not arbitrated and my product is not delivered.
