I have booked Flight Ticket in Vistara Airlines from Kolkata to Delhi through Edreams ( Travel Agency ) on **th October ****, But my Flight is Rescheduled, so I have Cancelled my flight Ticket with full Refund. Vistara Airlines has Refunded Full Amount to Travel Agency i.e Edreams, But Now Edreams is not Refunding My Ticket Amount. I am following up with them from past four Months.
Please Help me to resolve my complaint.
