My INDIGO Flight has been booked on *rd July **** form Make My Trip from Bangalore to Patna. Me and my friend both booked the flight on same date and due to rescheduled of the flight i cold not travel on that date and my friend traveled on that day so i cancelled my flight ticket . I want my refund amount for my cancellation ticket so that I called indigo customer care to refund my amount for cancelled ticket they said they have already refunded the amount to make my trip.
I have booked my flight ticket from this user id : vishalvaibhav**@gmail.com on make my trip. There is no means of communication to make my trip and i have already raised my complaint to make my trip and no action has been taken yet. I have also attached a screenshots for the reference.
