- Flight Reschedule Refund not given even after 3 months Closed

I rescheduled my flight (which was originally booked from Ixigo for Indigo Airline) via Indigo website during end of March ****, it was said rescheduling is free of cost due to Covid**. On Rescheduling, the different amount Indigo said will be refunded which was Rs ****. Now when contacted Ixigo, they said they will refund only when Airline starts, when Airline started, on **th May, they said they initiate refund by **th June(>** days don't know why), and will be reflected in * days. Today is end **nd june, the *th day from **th June, No refund yet recieved. I contacted Indigo, they said they have given refund to agency and sent me the mail showing status as cancelled and refund amount also mentioned, Indigo agent said this will act as proof that Indigo has paid to Ixigo. Now Ixigo is holding my money for no reasons. I'm daily requesting for a callback from their app, they have not contacted me its been *-* days that I've being trying. There is no direct contact given by Ixigo to contact them. It feels totally cheated that Ixigo is doing this to its customers. I'll never ever recommend such cheaters(Ixigo) to anyone.
