We had missed our flight due to lack of co operation from airasia people. We had reached to airport ontime. We waited in the line for ** mins later they called Bangalore passenger for boarding but that time they started telling its already late. We had done web checkin and our baggage was also small. They did not accept our baggage. Initially the flight was rescheduled. But still we agreed to travel. It was worst experience with Airasia.
