- Flight got delayed Open
I travelled from Chennai to Calicut and Calicut to Abu Dhabi through transit on **-**-****. I arrived at Calicut at *.** pm. The flight was supposed to depart at **:** am on **-**-**. But it was postponed * times. First, they said *:** am then *:** am then *:** am then **:** am and finally it departed at **:** pm. We were given nothing by the Indigo. In fact, we all fought for accommodation and food. We fought for * hrs and we did not get a proper response. The customer service assistant manager and the whole crew was not at all cooperative. Me and my family we waiting for the flight for ** hrs. My mother has health problems. She has severe back pain and she was made to sit on the airport chair for ** hrs. No one in Indigo airlines has humanity. When we asked for food we were given lays chips packet and biscuit. They cheated us by giving chips and biscuit packet for dinner and no accommodation. My mother was suffering from back pain and she was not given any facilities to rest. As I have already mentioned I am a transit passenger. I definitely need compensation for this. The staffs were also very arrogant and they did not provide any arrangements for us. We are humans and not animals to simply leave us just like that. They promised us accommodation and later they kept on telling us to wait till the departure time came. The whole team very nicely splitted the passenger crowd as we were fighting with them by promising us accommodation. They splitted us and broke the crowd by making false promises. There were kids and ladies sleeping on the chairs in the airport. My mom still has pain because of this incident. We were terribly affected mentally and physically as well.
