- Flight got delay due to airline mistake Open
This is with respect to Indigo flight *E**** (PNR ZMVJ*R) from Jabalpur to Hyderabad on **th April. My wife booked * tickets (* Sr Citizens, *yrs. boy and * Female) on **st Dec’**. The flight time was **:** departure and **:** arrival in Hyderabad. She booked a connecting flight from Hyd. to BLR at **:** (Air Asia) so good * hrs. margin and on **rd Mar’**, got message for schedule change to **:** dep and **:** arrival, got little worried but still manageable as * hrs. margin. On **th April (Journey date), got the message (@**:**) on the way to Jabalpur Airport about schedule change again to **:** which created panic as her parents were travelling first time by air and had a kid also along. She reached out to Indigo staff (Sabin or Jubin) at Jabalpur airport to explain about the Air Asia connecting flight at **:** and asked to inform indigo staff at Hyderabad but got assurance that flight would reach by **:** & even after multiple conversations by my wife. The flight finally took off at **:** and landed at **:** at Hyd. and they missed the flight to BLR. She asked Indigo staff that it is their responsibility to help them to reach Bangalore especially when there are * senior citizens, one * years old boy and female but they didn’t accept their mistake and after so much discussion they arranged **:** flight from HYD to BLR and charged Rs.**,*** and no receipt provided for the same. I would like to raise a complaint on her behalf about the way money charged for their mistake and certainly horrible and panic experience for her senior citizen's parents who were travelling first time by air.
