AirAsia And Flipkart Travel
- Flight cancelled during lockdown Open
I am writing to lodge a complaint against the Airasia India refund.
I had booked a ticket from Delhi To Guwahati with the PNR# F@@@@@. It was scheduled to depart from Delhi on **-Apr-**, however was rescheduled to **-Apr-** due to the ongoing lockdown back then.
Later, as per the policy floated by Airasia I had to convert the flight booking amount of INR **** to credit point. I tried doing so but later received the response from them that they have initiated the refund and as such should reach out to travel agent Flipkart travel. I have reached out to Flipkart as well and it has been back and forth for quite a while now and finally received the response that no refund will be processed. I have written back on the back of the email received response from Flipkart and the mail chain contains all the details.
Could you please look into this and help me out in receiving the refund as I am going through a tough time right now due to the current situation.
