Gofirst Airlines cancelled my flight and generated a refund a few days before the trip, which is disappointing. But the more disappointing part is now the money is stuck with EaseMyTrip, which they are just delaying processing. This cancellation of the flight was not from my side but from the airline’s side, but still, I’m being charged the convenience fee for my inconvenience. The refund money is stuck somewhere with the EMT system and I’m struggling due to it. The customer service agents have a standard reply without understanding or addressing my concern. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.
