Pls pls pls help me out i'm in big trouble no one is helping me out From last * months i'm requesting make my trip to refund my money these guys are just taking time from me they fake promises that they will be providing a supervisor call but i dont receive any call i'm a needy person who needs money i dnt have father only have mother for **th May'** and **th May'** i booked a ticket it cancelled due to COVID-** by airline i need my refund in the same mode of payment make my trip do fake promises from customers that they will give us a supervisor call but no body calls us and when we call on their customer care no. on being for soooo long on waiting when the call connects the agents without listening our problem disconnects call in middle and dnt give a call back i have all the proof *st time after * months of fake promises a received a supervisor call from mmt the agent name was Mr. Hitesh Aggarwal he dont know how to talk with customer although he was calling himself a supervisor even that guy also disconnected by call in middle first he told me to be on hold after being on hold for ** mints he disconnected my call the incident happen on **th May'** at *:** Pm pls help me otherwise i'll die i need my refund
