- Flight Cancelled by Airline but Huge amount deducted from me Closed

Hello,
I booked flight through make my trip. Now Air Asia cancelled the flight due to operational reason.
But a huge amount of my booking deducted by make my trip.
Total amount of ticket was ₹****. But Make my trip is returning only ₹****. Means I am loosing ₹****, where it was not mistake. Airline cancelled the flight.
Contacted Airline. They are telling to contact make my trip for full refund. Repeatedly mailed to make my trip, but they are not even bothering to reply.
Requesting you to kindly help me, in this tough time.
