- Five days without internet connectivity Open
I have filed an act ticket opened on *th June for loss of internet connection. The ticket was expected to resolve by ninth June but it didn't, neither there isn't an update on the ticket. The common answer I receive from the call centre is 'we will follow up'. Gone are my five days without the internet at home. The more frustrating thing is there aren't any updates or comments on a ticket for * days. Why is such irresponsibility towards the tickets?
