We have Booked a Europe travel package through a agency called tavBond travond address C-** First Floor, Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar, Delhi, ****** and we have paid *,**,*** rupees through Mr Siddharth and Mr Anshuman **k paid in the month of
November **** and ****** in the month of February **th ****, after that when government of India announced about visa cancellation of till **th of April **** we called them and told to cancel our trip as my flight was on **th of april only, even we been to there office on **th of March and they promised to refund our money but after that there is no communications we are trying to call them everyday to the all numbers whom we had a proper communication before money given but right ow no answers, we are trying to connect with them by email, whtsApp or calls but no response.
