- Faulty Videocon 55 inches TV under warranty Open

We purchased an led tv on **th October **** from an outlet in Jaipur. The display went faulty and almost ** percent of the screen has gone smoky within one year of purchase. Now it has a dark spot on the display as well.
When I called the customer care, they said that visit charges will be applicable i.e. approx Rs. **** (inclusive of taxes). These visit charges sounded high to me and when I asked the justification for these charges, the agent confirmed and gave me an assurance that the TV will be repaired at my place only. I asked him twice that there should not be any requirement of sending my TV to the service center because I am paying the visit charges and he said yes again.
When the service agent visited, he said the panel needs to be changed, he raised this with his senior.
I paid approx *** rs for this visit to the agent.
Now Videocon was supposed to get the replacement of panel / TV at my place. However, I got a call from his senior (third party agencies) that the TV has got dust in it and it needs to be sent to the service center and again I will have to pay transportation charges. When I tried to provide my thoughts around it, he sounded very rude and rigid that nothing can be done and TV needs to be sent to service center. He then disconnected my call and closed the ticket without resolution.
I am not satisfied with their product as I have never heard of this issue before. We keep our house very clean and there is no chance of dust issues. I am using another LED TVs in the same house and they work absolutely fine since more than * years. It looks like the third party service agency is trying to save their cost by not changing my led and trying to do a temporary fix till the time my tv is covered under warranty.
I am totally disappointed and need justice here. Need my tv replacement as I cant trust on this faulty piece.
