- Faulty Treadmill company is not at all responsive Open

I bought the RPM fitness brand treadmill from Flipkart in April ****.Week after the installation the treadmill became faulty and we lodged a complaint after * weeks an engineer came and said that the motore need to be replaced.It took another * month for the motor to get replaced.
Again after using it work *-* weeks it became faulty and again the same process was repeated and this time ti took * months for the motor to be replace.
Again After using it for couple of weeks it became out of order and again the same process was repeated this time they said will replace motor + some board and the whole process took another month.
In late December **** these parts were replaced and again after using it for * weeks it went out of order and in second week of January an engineer visited and told us that everything seems to be fine but there is some issue which we are unable to understand,hence comapny has decided to replace the entire component of the treadmill including wires.
Till date nothing has happened and every week we get a new excuse likes parts are not available,within a aweek you will get the parts blah blah.
Today i.e **th Feb I got a call from their representative and she gave a new excuse that since parts comes fro China and because of Corona Virus we wont be able to provide the new parts.Either you can get the parts repaired at your home by their representative or we take back the machine and gave you **% refund.
We simply demanded the machine to be replaced with a brand new for which they simply refuse.
