- Faulty service Open
My phone Samsung S* was working good,one fine day it was not getting charged,I send the phone to Samsung service centre,they told when we will open the phone they will not be able to fix back the phone in case you don't want our service, after opening the phone they said the battery is swollen and need to be replaced with charging socket at price of ****,so I refuse there service and told them to give my phone back ,but when they returned the phone the back case was cracked,then after a long heated argument the staff and management agreed to replace the back case at **%of the charge and they partially accepted their fault,so it was decided to make the phone at **** .
Now after one week they are saying that your phone's motherboard is damaged and that will incurre another *****.
I am feeling cheated.as that day I argued a lot for the back case which was not at all broken and now I feel as if they or their particular staff has knowingly damaged my phone. Please suggest what to do.
