- Faulty replacement product Open
I purchased an iPhone X on 3rd April 2018. with the value of Rs. 80500. The device encountered some heating issues due to which it was submitted to the iQor service centre on 28th March 2019. The product was replaced as per Apple policy but the replacement device had issues with the chrome and screen. I denied taking the product and the service centre too acknowledged the issue with the device.
They sent back the product and the repair team of apple by changing the display of the device on the 10th of April 2019. But the issue was intact. In the meantime, I was having this case being heard the apple customer relationship department which I suppose is the highest authority at Apple and Mr Simon is the advisor that was assigned to me for this particular case.
The device was again sent back to the repair centre by the service centre on 15th of April 2019 and today i.e 19th I get to revert back that Apple has denied acknowledgement of the issue which was there with the device and in fact, the service centre acknowledged the issue. The device is scheduled to arrive by Monday but I will not be taking the device back in the same faulty condition as an apple might deny the service in future due to physical damage to the device even after the product which was delivered by them is faulty.
From last 25 odd days, I am seeking a resolution from apple but even after calling and emailing them on a daily basis I am not getting any desired resolution from them. I would like you to please come forward and help me to get my device back which is either replaced by Apple or the fault is resolved by their end. From last 25 days, I am facing mental trauma due to all this unprofessional ethics being done by Apple India.
I want the full-fledged refund of my device or a brand new device plus the costs that I have occurred till date and the mental harassment charges which I am suffering from all this.
I hope you will address the issue and help me fight against Apple.
