- Faulty Product with no service after multiple followups Open
We purchased Faber chimney in **** HOOD ZENITH FL SC BK**. On **-NOV-**** all of a sudden front opening glass got shattered into million pieces...Which is very dangerous...
When i complained about the same company officials they said it is out of warranty and you have to pay for the part and for the service...I have agreed and the company even collected the service amount...It's been * months still they didn't solve the issue I have been kept on following up very patiently but there is no proper response from Faber... I am not sure how to proceed on this and **K is at loss and the company is not holding responsibility...
