I ordered VU **"LED from Flipkart on **st October. It was delivered on **th october by jeeves. When i carefully checked the screen, I found some dead pixels. I called customer care and filed complaint and request for replacement. Jeeves technician came next day and after inspecting it, sealed the product in the box. Box is at my home. Next day i came to know that they cancelled the replacement. I called them why they did that, Flipkart dont have any idea. Jeeves technician was also kind of unaware of whats happening. I again filed request. Now they didn't sent technician nor they are doing anything of replacement. Its *st November and all customer executive says our team is working on it. Jeeves customer care also have no satisfactory reply. The TV is in the box which we bought on Diwali and we don't know when will they deliver the replacement. Every time they have different answers and extending the dates further. They just know how to harass customer mentally. Never going to buy costly products from these cheap sites like Flipkart.
