- Faulty display of redmi pro not replaced in warratny Closed
The display of my redmi k** pro has ghost touch issue in the top part of the screen, when I told this to the xioami service centre person he kept the phone with him for two days for testing without giving any receipt and then told me that there was no issue with the phone. Next time i recorded the issue from my other phone including the IMEI code of my k** pro but the service centre person is not ready to replace it in warranty.
