I had purchased the Asus Tuf Gaming laptop i* *th Gen **GB RAM and got it delivered on ** June ****. After a windows system update, the laptop in-built apps started to crash after getting installed after update. Too much fan noise even in silent mode and continous restarts as windows was experiencing a problem and many apps were crashing, so it had to fix the laptop. So, I told the customer care that even if I apply for a replacement and the same thing happens. Then, what will you do. They were speechless and they cut the call. Stupid people and fraud. Hope Relaince Digital Stock Market crashes completely, Again, when I called the next day at ** am, they only said we will check if a return and refund is possible. Then, next day no return and refund, only replacement. This went on for so long. Then, they told if replacement is possible and the device is in stock they will do it or else full refund. But, no update ever since. So, I complained in the consumer forum. And, I sent them the update yesterday, today morning I.e.,** June ****, they responded in ** hours we will respond and solve your problem. But, no response ever since. So, never shop on Reliance Digital and there outlets ever again.
When fan noise was getting louder in silent mode, I was afraid the system might explode coz it was very loud. I kept way away from me and sat at a distance.
They thought they can make laptops like apple which runs only on ssd's. They failed with a *** GB ssd's in mac so it is possible, but in windows it is a failure completely. Because, windows ** is a much complex system version. So, many apps and stuff. And, after the update only ** gb ram was available and *** GB was available after using **.* GB of memory from a total of *** GB.
