My sim card was stopped working due to technical issue so I ordered replacement of sim and they promised according to guidelines after * hrs it will get activated but even after ** hrs when nothing happened my brother went to airtel office Ahmedabad so they told him that again new sim would require to be issued due to malfunctioning of server but again ** hrs went but the problem was not resolved so like this after * days the service activated but now they are telling the loss of the ongoing plan validity can't be expanded that loss has to be born by customer now I want my validity back......kindly help me out .....
