It's a matter of great regret to engage you in this context regarding *st my order from boat-lifestyle.com
I hadn't received the product as per mentioned on website. I had tried deliberately to return the product but till now my all efforts have gone in vain.
Just now had a conversation with Mr. CHAUHAN from ********** after having a long conversation with Twinkle regarding the issue but finally he told me that he is going to call me at that just very moment on my given number which was used while placing the order ***** ***** . But hadn't received the call from Mr. CHAUHAN (Supervision).
Seeking your Help in this regard.
Please Sort the matter at the earliest and take necessary actions to pickup the product and give me a refund for the same.

You hadn't mentioned the issue and when I called your customer care they gave me false information..
Yes I had the recordings.
They lady just behaved wrongly n gave false info that my product was delivered on **th sep.
I checked during the call to know that the information was wrong and it isn't my address.
She harassed me.
Sort at earliest or be prepared to see what's going to happens next.
Be prepare for that I had already charged a penalty any you r going to pay it or else legal action will now be taken against you.
Please help.
