- Faulty and dirty Sofa s delivered Closed
We ordered a * seater and a * seater sofa from pepper fry.com after shortlisting the sofa displayed at a pepper fry studio.
After ordering, as we received the product at our place, we were surprised to see that the quality and fitting of sofa that was displayed at the pepper fry studio in not what has been delivered to us and also the product came with stains, dirt marks and wrinkles all over the product.
The back cushions of the sofa are also bigger than the size of the sofa seat which makes it look bad as if * fat guys trying to sit on that sofa.
After filing a complain with pepper fry and writing emails and calling their customer care for over ** days, we are being offered - to get the sofa repaired by a local sofa repair guy and get the sofa dry cleaned.
But the concern is that I had paid. **,*** Rs to buy a new sofa, then why will I accept a sofa that has come dirty and ill fitted seats and overall fitting.
The pepper fry team is not willing to accept their product as faulty when delivered and not returning it.
