At the time of porting the Jio staffs told me to port my airtel post paid to Jio pre paid first & then migrate it from jio pre paid to jio post paid. So i did. but despite of filling the CAF for migration at jio's end by depositing the Required amount (RS ***) still it was not migrated though it was already * month passed .
i have written a number of mails,contact the Customer care a number of times but still it was unresolved.
