have a policy given by Flipkart and they have vendor name Jeeves customer service for that. My phone had an software issue for which complaint has lodged on **-**-**** and at same day Phone (Redmi K** Pro) picked by courier and delivered to Jeeves. Jeeves sent me confirmation that they have started service on **-**-**** and since then I am following up on emails and phone. Neither Jeeves nor Flipkart giving me answer properly and only asking to wait . There is no waiting period defined by them. As per commitment of Jeeves in mails . They mentioned that within ** days devices will be delivered back to me which is already failed because more then ** working days past already. Now Flipkart also failed to deliver any reason or answer because they have asked for ** hour which is already over . I want to file a case against Jeeves and Flipkart for harassment of a customer who is suffering due to utter negligence.
