- False committment for WiFi installation Open

I applied for new WiFi connection in morning on **.**.**** through online then Mr. Vipin Dwivedi (representative of Airtel) called me for completing formalities and installation charges, before that I ask him to come only if installation is possible on same day (i.e. **.**.****) because I will not be available on another day. Then, He gave me assurance for the same and came at **:** am for completing formalities and collect installation charges and assured me that technician would come before *:** pm. Therefore, I hold my further assignment for the given period of time on his assurance. But, technician did not come up to *:** pm, I again called him, he again assured they will come by *:** pm but they didn't come. Again I called him then I was assured they will come by *:**pm but they didn't come and at last he told that installation would not be possible today (i.e. **.**.****). Then, I realized that I was being fooled since the morning. Then, I talked from his supervisor Mr. Virendra Singh, I narrated the whole story to him, then I got surprised by his behaviour that was totally unprofessional, instead of fixing the issue and admitting their mistake, he was defending their own false committment and denied for installation on same day. Then, I requested him for installation on next day before *:** am or after *:** pm as I am working professional too. But, he denied for the same.
Now, I am feeling cheated. I request to concerned authority of Airtel to look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
