I had purchased the oneplus bullets wireless * back in November for *k.. in the month of March- April due to the low build quality the rubber ends from wire started peeling offf.... Due to lockdown the stores here were closed tried calling the team but was on a longer hold kept on trying and trying but no answers from them. Later in the end of May I had a chat conversation with an advisor send him the current image n stuffs... The advisor said to visit the Service center which was closed and I informed the same to the advisor he checked n confirm that the center's here r closed due to the pandemic... Then the advisor said to visit when it gets normal. I confirm stating that till the time they open up things will get worse with the bullets as the were are pulling off... Advisor said " Dont worry just take a picture and a video of the present time and at time of visit provide it to them ".... The service center here opened somewhere I. August and I visited recently in September... The engineer and the manager at the service denied stating that cannot be the resolution provide to me... Despite of me having the proof of the chat he denied after long conversation then spoke to the store manager he too denied stating nothing can be done I was given a false commitment....
This is how oneplus is playing blame game here... Earlier they r blaming me stating I have provided a false image.. at the store they too had the same wireless bullet * displayed for demo of which the wire was peeling off... Then they agreed to my situation but again denied as one wire was cut because of no support to it..... Later when called the customer care spoke to one agent he said " we always advice customer not to use a defect product" but the chat agent didn't mention it.... The call agent went through the chat and he said we ASSUME that customer should not use it and gave all reasons which doesn't even makes sence..
