Hi, I am a regular customer of amazon. You can see that as I have also purchased amazon prime account to order all the valuable items. I find it really amazing until a very sad incident happened with me. I ordered a FOSSIL watch worth ****INR from amazon.in(prime account). I received watch on very next day. As mentioned, being a regular customer of amazon I had faith on amazon and I did not made any unboxing video. But When I opened the order. I was shocked. The product I received was not damaged but it is a watch with *** INR. It has name mentioned as FOSSLL. Please look at the attachment. You can clearly say It is not Fossil watch. I immediately called customer service and asked them for a return and told them I have received a wrong watch. and I would like to mention return option was disabled immediately from my order when it got delivered. Everytime in order to return the item I has to call customer service. though it was ** days returnable item. They told me they will investigate the process further and it will take * working days. I was quite patient in the mean time as I has faith amazon will take care of it. But after * days I called customer service by myself, they told me investigation department has sent them a report saying They have sent a right product on their end and no return or refund will be provided from their end. I reached out to them in every possible way I could through social media platform but I got the same reply. I would like to mention as part of their investigation they did not try to contact me on what product i received. I was literally shocked and in great vain because for me it is a big amount. I am sending you this mail with great hope. as you are only ray of hope. It has been more than * month. I do not have any idea how can I get my money back. But got the same response as It was mentioned by amazon. Government need to help me in this case. Amazon is not doing any help
