I've placed an order on *th March for ₹**** from Beautify Yourself. On **th March, I received a parcel with just * items out of ** items I had ordered. They were of very low quality and not matched with the picture on the website. I mailed and sent also messages regarding this and the order. But there was no response. It's been more than *.* months but I still haven't received the rest of the products and there is no response regarding my order. Kindly help me with this issue. I have attached the payment info mail I received while placing the order, the mail I sent after receiving the parcel, the pictures of product on the site and the one I received. Have also attached the Instagram messages I sent them.
