- Fake product delivered Closed
I have ordered a Casio G-Shock watch (GWG-**** Mudmaster (G***) for Rs *****) from Flipkart.com on March *,****. The package was delivered on March *,****. When I opened the package I found it was a fake watch.
I immediately lodged a complaint with Flipkart with return request and sent them all the pictures and videos to prove my case. They told it will take ** days to investigate the issue. Everyday I was following up with Flipkart over twitter and email. Finally on *th March the return was approved and return shipment pickup was scheduled for *th March.
On the scheduled day, no one came for pick up and no one picked up my phone when I tried to know status. Next day I raised complaint on twitter again and they given new date of pickup which was **th march. But again no one came.
Later on **th March I talked to customer service again and surprisingly they said my return request in invalid and they have to cancel this request. After pushing for ** minutes one of the senior executive taken the request and asked me to wait till **th march.
On very next day **th March, I tried to reach to Flipkart from my account page but surprisingly my account is blocked and I can't reach to anyone.
This clearly shows involvement of Flipkart executives/supply chain in delivering fake products to customer.
