- Fake Product and Wrong Size of Loreal Shampoo Open

Had Ordered L'Oreal Vitamino Color A-ox Shampoo (*.* Litre) on **th Oct **** from Flipkart via the Flipfart App. To my surprise the product that was delivered was *** ml fake product of Loreal Vitamino Shampoo and priced as Rs *** for the ***ml pack. Called the Flipkart customer care via app, phone and chat as well and email. They first said that they cannot give a refund of the product and it is under no refund policy and they can only give a replacement. This is absurd reason and i further argued this when you are delivering a fake product and of the wrong size where there is guarantee that the replacement will not be fake again. I demanded a refund of the amount and tried to reach them in all possible way but till today there is no reprieve. Then one fine day they replied that they will consider the refund and will initiate the pickup of the product. It is **nd today and am really concerned that how many days and time i have to spend to get this sorted. I have totally lost confidence in Flipkart and it services. Also, by this it clearly shows that Flipkart encourages fake product selling and the only motto of the company is make money by cheating people. I strongly condemn such practices and such companies who torture their customers to get their money back for such fake products. I pity Walmart, who had brought over Flipkart and i hope that it will survive the fraud practices driven by Flipkart. There are more images, chat records, call records to prove my case.
