- Fake plan with false advertisement and lies by customer support Open
I have installed a new hathway connection in my home which should have come with a playbox but it is been ** days now and i didn't received it.If hathway don't have the playbox then Why did their guys provide me with false advertisement, I would have gone with ACT or Airtel. they are also not returning my money. I have raised the service request * times and no resolution is provided. they are only delaying this matter and playing with me. I am seeing ads of playbox on Hathway facebook page and customer care is telling me that playbox is not available. You guys are hiding comments so that no one will read the complain there. Please help me or my *nd options will be to go to consumer court.
Why do hathway have a customer support team if they don't know anything?
