Its been a month that we have been enrolled to the club and we have not received a single mail from club Mahindra about our membership id. We have been dialling tollfree no. almost every day and even called our assistant Mr Gurudatt Rana who guided us the first time. But there is a minimum response from each end. We were promised to have our bookings done in next ** days of submission of our first instalment. That is why we have already booked our non-refunded flights.
Now, this is almost a month that we have not even got our member id and password. First, there was a delay at their end telling that my contact no. is invalid and now even my email id is not what I have mentioned in their enrollment form. That all happened after so many days have passed. I have already experienced the worst of club Mahindra and feels like cheating. We have been dependent on their booking and haven't even booked our hotels from other sources. We wanted our bookings from *th July and its already **th June. We are unable to find any other hotels just because some fake promises made by club Mahindra's representatives. Remember I did not want to this membership but still paid the amount because I was promised certain things by their representatives and now I have to see this.
At the time of payment, these people want our damn money immediately and at the end, this is not fair to us. I am totally fed up. Please see Mr Gurudatt Rana, from club Mahindra office Jaipur is not even picking up our call and showing us anyway or any solution to this problem. Another representative Mr Parveen & Mr Rahul is not agreeing that they promised us our holiday bookings over the vouchers given. Now they are asking us for another * EMI for approximately ***** so that we can redeem them.
