సర్ నమస్తే ....
నా పేరు కొల్లి సురేష్ S/o తవిటయ్య అన బడే నేను **-**-**** న మహీంద్రా లోడ్ కింగ్ ఆప్టిమో ట్రిప్పర్ ను మహీంద్రా డీలర్ అయినటువంటి ఆటో నగర్ గాజువాక కు చెందిన CMR Automotives pvt ltd., వారి దగ్గర కొత్త వాహనమును కొనుగోలు చేసితిని .సదరు ఆ ఆఫీస్ వారు ఫెయిల్యూర్ వెహికల్ అమ్మి దానికి వారంటీ ఉన్నప్పటికీ ఎటువంటి సర్వీస్ అందించడం లేదు. వైజాగ్ బ్రాంచ్ వారయినటువంటి GM, AGM,Sales manager , Customer care ,sales executive లకు మూడు నెలలుగా కంప్లియెంట్ ఇస్తున్నప్పటికీ ఏదో ఒక కారణం చెప్తున్నారు గాని వాహనం యొక్క టైర్లు ***** కి.మీ.... పూర్తి కాకుండానే అరిగిపోతున్నాయి.ఈ వాహనం పై Indusind bank లో ******* వరకు లోన్ తీసుకున్నాం . ఈ పై కారణాలు వాళ్ళ వెహికల్ తిరగ నందున బకాయిలు చెల్లించడానికి వీలు కావడం లేదు.దయచేసి ఈ కంప్లియెంట్ పరిగణ లోనికి తీసుకొని తగు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటారని ఆశిస్తున్నాం .
