I had paid for a fully functional gym. That included functional gym equipments and a fully functional shower system.

Since October, the gym has gone under renovation and the shower system was not functional. Every time I go to the gym, they kept telling me it'll be back to normal within a few weeks. It's mid February now and the shower system is still not working. Due to which I've missed gym sessions and gained back * kgs!

And because they kept promising the shower will be in working condition within a few weeks everytime I approached them, I was too hesitant to enlist into another gym temporarily.

After the *rd month, I even asked them to pause my membership or get me a temporary membership in another nearby gym, till the gym was fully functional. But I received no response from the gym owners.
