I had an Ola rental booked on */*/** CRN: **********. During the ride, the driver did not have cash for fuel or toll. I even tried to change the payment to cash but the same could not be done. I had added Ola money and remaining was paid out of my postpaid balance. However, when the bill had come there was no deductions in the cash paid. I tried raising a query but my email was not verified and confirmation could not be done on my mobile. Finally, I contacted Ola by phone through an app and mentioned my predicament however no one gave a callback or resolve this. Later I verified my email and raised my issue and I am getting the reply as per company policy we cannot refund. In all this, I am the one who has lost my time and money.
