I purchased a fhv****z*w model LG washing machine from LG Electronics(opposite to Innovative Multiplex) on **nd Dec **** in the EMI option using an SBI card. The product was delivered on **rd Dec ****, and installation was done on **th Dec ****. The installation agent explained a few basic things, started the tube clean, and asked me to turn off the machine once the program was over.
Even if it is LG electronics home appliances showroom, I received the final bill from Adishawr while delivering the machine. The bill I received in the LG showroom after paying the amount has a big LG logo and Adishwar name in the text at the top right corner. There was no notice that the bill will be received from Adishwar even though it was the LG showroom.
For the same model I purchased, the “Remote start” and “Download Cycle” options are mentioned on the LG official website. Regarding the same, I called the LG installation guy just a few minutes after the installation on **rd Dec ****, and he said these options were not available in the model. Then, immediately, I called the sales guy whom I spoke to while purchasing the machine and explained the issue. On the **th Dec **** morning, I got a reply saying that these features mentioned on the LG official website were not available in the machine.

Since the above two mentioned features are not available in the machine I purchased, I demanded to take back the washing machine and cancel the EMI through email. I raised a concern with Adishwar through Gmail on **th Dec ****. and LG on ** Dec ****. As I didn’t hear a final solution from them, I sent them a couple of reminder emails, but no solution from both. Again on *rd Jan ****, I sent them a final remainder and mentioned I won’t hear the final solution within ** hours. I will use the washing machine and demand a minimum compensation of **k penalty. No response from them.
My questions are:
*. Even though, I went to the LG showroom to purchase a washing machine. Why did I receive the bill from Adishawar? There was no notice about this before paying the token amount.
*. There was no prior update about the missing features before paying until I questioned them.
*. When I tried to approach them on mobile to hear from them, they started abusing me; that was my fault, saying, I should not compare the features in the delivered product with features mentioned on the LG website, even though they didn’t inform me about that before paying the amount.
Today, I used machine washing as they did not hear the solution from them. Now, I demand a penalty of a minimum of **k from them for
*. Selling me the product with missing features.
*. Negligence in solving my query.
*. Abusing me for raising the concern.
*. For delivering the product from Adishwar (third party) even though I went to the LG-authorized showroom
