I purchased the MI Poco phone on local mi store through Bajaj finance EMI card. The monthly payment due amount is **** Rs but the deduction amount was **** Rs. While trying to call the customer service representative they didn't ready to talk with me. They wanted to talk with my mother who doesn't know English. I'm ready to translate the questions to her. The customer service representative is saying this is not a proper way to convey the message. Please call back some time but she didn't ask the problem which I called for the worst service representative.
