Called customer services on ** oct for reinstalling process they told engineer would be there by* pm nd charges would be *** rs i said i do agee. But no engineer visit so i called my neighbour who recently works wid d*h and reinstalled it. The d*h worked for ** mins thn suddn netwrok issue again i called customer care services they told tht i will ahve to pay *** for thw concern and engineer arrived and all set i paid *** rs that is *** engineer visit, *** for new box nd *** extra charges for a clip cost rs **. Still no issue but now on * oct they close up my plan no channels active. I called customer service now they are claiming to pay *** extra for reinstallation. If they have told me instart or engineer had told me this i would not have paid *** or even replaced the box when they was no intallation. So please help it out thwy are not starting my services and requesting further *** rs and i m using it past * yrs. They only trust engineers not customers. Please please help
