And after that I tried so many times to connect with your customers but no one picked my call then on ** Mar **** I received another message about upgrading of new plan and without my confirmation even I have tried to change my plan from airtel thanks app but nothing happened I was unable to change from your app, Now I have received bill and the amount is Rs ****/-, your company have charged for outgoing calls, and without my confirmation your company had upgraded my plan by your own choice.
I'm requesting you that please resolve my issue and reduce my bill amount. If your company is doing such type of fraud work who will take interest to take your service. Pl solve it as soon as possible.
