False promised made my the brand
My product had reached for an exchange on *th March. **+ days have passed and there is no communication from the brands side
I am following everyday and i keep getting false promises such as ‘this friday it will ship’ * such weeks have passed
They dont have basic courtesy to reply back if they say they’re checking. Why does the customer have to follow up again for a product they have paid?
They have not provided an exchange nor returned my money
They give store credit. Why will i accept store credit of a store who gives such service? To again go through this mental state?
